Please review these details before booking so your appointment stays calm, prepared and easy from the first message.

Booking

Choose your service and available time through Square. Book at least 2 days in advance and complete checkout to receive your appointment confirmation.

Deposit

A CA$20 deposit per service is required when booking through Square and is applied toward your total service price. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show.

Cancellation

Please contact Glammuza to cancel an appointment. Reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Review the terms shown in Square before completing your booking.

Square appointments

Appointments and deposit payments are handled by Square. When you continue to Square, your contact details, service selection and appointment information are collected there to manage your booking. Payment details are entered directly in Square. Review Square's privacy notice and the booking terms before checkout.

Late Arrival

Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may reduce appointment time.

Mobile Service

Mobile services are available by appointment. Address and timing are confirmed privately.

Privacy

Customer details are used only for appointment communication and service preparation.

Optional measurement cookies

With your permission, we load Google Ads and, when enabled, Google Analytics to measure visits and successful booking requests. Google may receive page and campaign information, ad-click identifiers, cookie identifiers and technical information such as your IP address. We do not include your name, email, phone number, booking date or message in measurement events, and we do not enable personalised advertising or enhanced conversions. Where available, Analytics only allows analytics without advertising cookies. You can decline and still use every booking and contact form, or change your choice using Cookie preferences. Declining stops future measurement events from our forms; it does not delete information already sent to Google.
